1. Information We Collect

When you use Offer.cc, we process:

• Account data: phone number; when you use GitHub or Google, we also process your name, email address, profile image, third-party account identifier, and authorization data needed to sign you in and identify your account
• Resume: content you upload (for interview analysis)
• Interview data: live audio, transcripts, generated Q&A, and screenshots you take
• Usage data: page visits, feature use, sign-up, tier selection, and payment actions
• Device and access data: browser and operating-system type and version, device type, language, screen resolution, referrer, and approximate location
• Contact form data: first name, last name, contact details, subject, and message

2. How We Use It

We use this information to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the service
• Process payments and manage your account
• Recognize interview questions, generate response guidance, and process screenshots you take
• Send notifications and security alerts
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Reply to product, purchase, account, partnership, and other inquiries

3. Storage

Retention varies by data type. Here is how each type is handled today.

• Account deletion clears personal details, resumes, interviews, transcripts, and generated Q&A; necessary order and financial records are retained with personal information removed
• Resume content can be deleted by you at any time
• Offer.cc does not save raw audio in its own storage. During an interview, audio is streamed to a speech-processing provider. A screenshot you take is held only in current-session memory and sent to an image-processing provider to read the problem; after recognition, it remains as the current question thumbnail until you clear the current question or the interview ends. Offer.cc does not save the original image or an image URL in its own storage or interview record. Transcripts and generated Q&A are saved.
• Order and transaction records remain; retention depends on transaction processing and applicable legal requirements
• Contact form submissions are stored in support records and currently have no automatic deletion period; use the contact page to ask about or request handling of a submission

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. The following providers or authorities may receive the data needed to perform their work:

• Service providers: hosting, audio and image processing, answer generation, file storage, payments, product analytics, and ad-conversion measurement
• Legal requirements: when required by law or government
• Security: when necessary to protect the service, users, or the public

5. Cookies

We use cookies to provide and improve the service, including:

• Keeping you logged in
• Remembering your preferences
• Measuring product usage and ad conversions

You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling some may affect the service.

6. Your Rights

You can use the contact page to request access, correction, or export of data that can currently be provided. The account-deletion page removes sign-in access and clears personal details, resumes, and interview content; necessary order and financial records are retained.

• Access: view the records currently available on account, order, and transaction pages, or submit a request through the contact page
• Correction: use the available editing controls or contact support about data you cannot edit yourself
• Delete your account: use the account-deletion page to remove sign-in access and clear personal content
• Data export: use the contact page to request interview records that can currently be provided

To delete your Offer.cc account, use the account-deletion page. If you are signed out, you will be asked to sign in first. Contact support if you cannot sign in so account ownership can be verified.

7. Security

Current safeguards include:

• HTTPS for data sent between your browser and the service
• Identity or permission checks for account and interview records
• Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. Offer.cc keeps records of orders, credited minutes, and refunds
• A contact page for reporting security concerns

8. Minors

This service is not for users under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a minor without consent, we will delete it.

9. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use means acceptance. We will notify you of material changes when appropriate.
