1. Service and Product

Offer.cc is an AI-assisted tool for interview preparation and live interview responses.

• Hints, reference code, and solution steps are AI-assisted learning material. They are not definitive answers or professional advice. Review their accuracy and completeness before use.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the rules of your institution, company, or platform and for the consequences of that use.

2. Account

• You may create or access an account using the sign-in methods shown on the page.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for losses caused by disclosure of your account information.
• One account per user; creating multiple accounts is not allowed.

3. Fees

The service is billed by the minute:

• Current prices are shown on the pricing page.
• You can buy more minutes when needed.
• Interview assistance deducts the actual minutes used from your balance.
• Minute-pack refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Purchases are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Non-waivable rights under applicable law and any processing requirements imposed by payment-provider policies still apply.
• Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider shown at checkout. That provider's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
• Minutes do not expire.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, follow these rules:

• Do not use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Do not use the Service for fraud, impersonation, or conduct that violates applicable law or explicit interview rules.
• Do not reverse engineer or crack the Service, or access it without authorization.
• Do not distribute malware or attack the network.
• Do not disrupt or damage the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service, including software, interface designs, trademarks, and text, and all related copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights, belong to Beijing Shenma Matrix Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China, and other applicable laws and regulations. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without authorization.

Content you create (e.g. resumes, interview records) remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer

• Content is for reference only and does not constitute any guarantee.
• We are not liable for service interruption or data loss due to force majeure.
• You are responsible for any loss resulting from your breach of these terms.
• We are not liable for your interview outcomes.

7. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Service and will notify users when appropriate. We may restrict or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

8. Terms Updates

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Disputes

Disputes arising from these terms or the service should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court with jurisdiction where Beijing Shenma Matrix Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Beijing. The laws of the People's Republic of China govern these terms.
